Aionaut Calendar provides an intelligent weekly scheduling interface including but not limited to:
- 15-minute precision horizontal time-scale
- Vertical week-by-week scrolling and paging
- Task dependency management and visualization
- Daily task list and quick-add interfaces
- Weekly productivity analytics and statistics
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts and Registration
To access the full features of Aionaut Calendar, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and notifying us of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
4. Data Privacy and Protection
No AI Training: We do not use your personal schedule, tasks, or notes to train AI models. Your data is your own.
GDPR Compliance: We comply with European data protection regulations. You have the right to request data deletion at any time by contacting support.
5. User Responsibility and Limitations
Aionaut is a tool for productivity. While we provide advanced mechanisms like task dependencies and time-snapping, you are responsible for the accuracy of your schedule and any consequences of your time management decisions.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, attempting to reverse engineer the platform, or overloading our systems with automated requests during the beta period.
7. Subscription and Payment Terms
During the beta period, Aionaut Calendar is free to use. Future pricing plans and subscription models will be announced with clear notice to all users.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain ownership of all content and schedules you create. Aionaut Calendar, including its unique interface design, algorithms, and software, is owned by SOFTWARE MIRACLES S.R.L.
9. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime, but as a evolving platform in beta, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance periods will be communicated in advance when possible.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiations or, if necessary, in the courts of Harghita County, Romania.
